I had a real trip day… started falling down the stairs in the tube and then whole day tripping over. Anyway we have decided to go for bit of exercise to the Beijing university for ICE SCATTING .
Getting there was not a problem.
I can not skate to save my life, but luckily they had little chair for the clumsy one and children.
While we were walking through the campus of the university, we were hungry so we had lovely pancakes which were made in front of our eyes.
Old Summer Palace
We found our way by showing to random people the scribble for Old Summer Palace. This park must look amazing in summer but winter with frozen lakes and fake flower stuck on the trees. There is not that much to see, accept for the GREAT FOUNTAIN RUINS, where we had fun. Let the pets out of the cage. Climbing and playing silly buggers that is right up our street.
Journey on the bus: while exiting the bus I bumped my head on the door of the bus.
Intentions were to head back to the hostel as everything was about to close in half hour, however as we got kicked out in front of Beihai Park. Breathless we made it to the WHITE PAGODA where we saw Immortal King. As we have wondered in dark thorough the park we knew we will come back here again.
