Requirements:
*Experience of travel servicing and back end support
*Computer literate in most office software and hardware equipments, including Microsoft Office, Windows applications, printers and Fax
*The ability to thrive and execute as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Customer Representative

Location: Xi'an
Requirements:
*Knowledge of world geography and outstanding writing, verbal. Handle and analyze customer requests
*Strong character in handling customer requests. Good working knowledge of business English
*Good communication skills to co-ordinate activities between customers and TCP
*High energy, team spirit and outstanding work ethic required

Part-time Translator

Location: Xi'an
Requirements:
*Fluent in English
*Knowledge of geography and outstanding writing, verbal.
*Computer literate in most office software and hardware equipments, including Microsoft Office, Windows applications
