- Your purchase will initiate a reservation process. We will confirm with you via email within one to two business days. If your purchase can not be confirmed for any reason, we will fully refund your purchase without any additional charge.
- All hotel and tour schedules are arranged before hand. Any person failing to appear on the day of departure shall not be refunded.
Our cancellation charges are a percentage of the reservation cost,
For package tours:

For air tickets only: cancellation fee is 30% of total fare cost.
For train tickets: cancellation fee is 100% of total fare cost.
Note: Credit Card Transaction Fees can not be refunded, which is charged by Banks (normally charge 4% of credit card charges as transaction fee).
- No refund shall be given for any portions of the tour unused by the customer after departure of the tour.
- Some tour may require a minimum number of people to operate, affected customer will be fully refunded or choose similar tour product for substitute. However, please keep in mind this happens under very special and rare circumstances, because we will try our best to win your business.
- We will process your cancellation/refund request within 1-7 business days. Please note that we will not acknowledge voice mail or email cancellation.
Cancellation must be made in writing by fax or by mail or by sending scanned/digital Cancellation Request Form with signature.
